Happy Wednesday! Today, we’re debuting a new addition to our Classic & Vintage Quilt Series: Jacob’s Ladder. For those who are unfamiliar with our Classic & Vintage series, we focus on well-known, traditional blocks!
The Jacob’s Ladder quilt pattern dates back in time to before the Revolutionary War! Composed of blocks with 9 squares, the pattern finishes to resemble a series of ladders throughout the quilt top.
This pattern is stunning and traditional, and a perfect addition to your quilt collection! Purchase the pattern here, and read on for our tutorial video!
We used Reflections by Jo Morton for Moda. Shop current Jo Morton collections.
Grab your supplies and quilt along as Kimberly gives us a step-by-step tutorial!
If you’re looking for a small start to this project, check out the free Jacob’s Ladder Quilt Block! Download it now to practice before you make your large quilt!
This quilt looks great in other fabrics, too! We’ve asked some of our quilty friends to join us for some sew-along fun! Check out these fabulous bloggers and their stunning Jacob’s Ladder quilts!
