We’ve been stitching on the Christmas Alphabet Cross Stitch Pattern by The Prairie Schooler and we’re loving this pattern! Each letter represents a Yuletide tradition, and each one brings us one bit closer to Christmas!
The Christmas Alphabet pattern can be made in any number of ways. Kimberly Jolly is using her Christmas Alphabet DMC Thread Pack on Chalkboard Black 16 Count Aida. One additional way she’s changing it up is by running the letters in three columns rather than three rows.
The colors really stand out on the chalkboard cross stitch cloth!
Kimberly is stitching hers on Chalkboard Black 16 Count Aida which gives a crisp and clean background to show off her colors! Kimberly stitched using the following DMC colors:
Lori Holt of A Bee in My Bonnet is stitching hers on Portobello Studio Line 30 Count Linen which gives a beautiful earthy tone. Lori is using the following DMC colors:
Fat Quarter Shop stitcher, Cheryl, is stitching on Historic Beige 32 Count Evenweave which has a subtle, marbled look. She’s stitching with the called for colors.
Priscilla of The Real Housewives of Cross Stitch are stitching along! In fact, Priscilla created an amazing wall-hanging with the letters C-H-R-I-S-T-M-A-S. Piper’s such a good dog that he’s modeling for size. Priscilla stitched it with one of her favorites, the Be Merry Classic Colorworks Fancy Floss Pack with the addition of Cocoa Bean, along with 28 Count Monaco, which she dyes with tea.
