BLOG REMIX 2 – FREE Pincushion Pattern

We’re back for another season of blog remixes! We saw the great response to the remixed projects from last year and are continuing them for another year! The blog remixes will be throwing it back to one of our tutorials with new fabrics, notions, and tips and tricks to inspire you to make your next project. Whether you’ve seen this project before or it’s your first time, there’s a remix project for everyone. The fifth remix of our second season of blog remixes is the Pinwheel Pincushion (which we also turned into a Christmas ornament) we did last year when the ladies of Just Another Button Company came to film with us! These pincushions are great for organizing your pins and, if you turn it into an ornament, gorgeous to trim your tree with!

Fabric Requirements

And if you are making it into an ornament, you’ll need some ribbon.

Video Tutorial

Follow along with this video tutorial with Kimberly and Cecile from Just Another Button Company as they make the Pinwheel Pincushion! If you are interested in turning your pincushion into an ornament, be sure to check out the blog post that goes over how and when to add the ribbon.

Quilt Along

We even had some awesome quilty friends make their version of the Pinweheel Pincushions! We love seeing the different fabrics they made their Pinwheel Pincushions in and the tips they have to share.
