Announcing the Flea Market Flowers Stitch Along

Earlier this year Lori Holt released a beautiful fabric collection called Flea Market, which was inspired by her love of thrifting, antique shops, and flea markets! Grabbing a beautiful bouquet of flowers from your local farmer’s market or flea market really sets the mood for spring…and that is how the Flea Market Flowers Stitch Along was born!

Gorgeous flowers that reflect the joy and vibrant colors of newly bloomed flowers cover this new cross stitch pattern. This new stitch along begins on June 2, and we don’t want you to miss out on all the floral fun! Read more below to learn more.

Our Flea Market Flowers sample was stitched by our Stitchy Staffer Cheryl! She stitched this on Barley 25 Count Lugana, and she stitched over two threads using two strands of DMC. This sample was custom framed, with a frame opening size of 12 5/8″ x 13 3/4.”

  1. I ordered Fabric Flair Confetti Aida 14 from Etsy. The subtle pastel background flecks of color will compliment this gorgeous design. I did not see this fabric in your cross stitch selection. Just a suggestion. Thanks for your beautiful designs!!!!!!!!!

    1. Thank you for posting this! I just ordered it myself! I think it will look awesome!

  2. I love this pattern! Are there alternative colors suggested for a more primitive look?

    1. Hi Carla! This sample was custom framed, with a frame opening size of 12 5/8″ x 13 3/4.”

  3. Since the Flea Market DMC floss packs are out of stock, I went to buy the floss at Joann’s. There was no DMC 07 or 08. We looked online, and the DMC color for 07 is driftwood (not raisin as listed on the pattern), and 08 is driftwood dark (not pebble as listed on the pattern). Any idea on the confusion, or am I just confused? Thanks for your help. Looking forward to the stitch along!

  4. This is only my third cross stitch pattern, maybe more than I can handle? My first two patterns were PDF, how do you read this pattern? I can barely see the symbols, is there a short cut or something I’m missing? Do I have to take somewhere and have a copy made?

  5. I have everything ready to start stitching! Must be a lot of people stitching along because I had to go to 3 different stores to get the full DMC floss. Hoping I can keep up with everyone. This is my first big project in several years. I made a clock face a while back and I love it.
