With spring upon us and warmer weather here to stay, we’re bringing you a seasonal update on a popular pattern, the Maple Leaf Quilt Block!
The Spring Leaves Mini Quilt Pattern (a free download) is an update on the Maple Leaf Mini we shared last Fall! Four of these blocks make a cute mini quilt or table-topper that measures 23.5″ square. If you’re looking for a project to try machine quilting at home, this is a good size to try.
We made our Spring Leaves Mini Quilt with Happy Days by Sherri & Chelsi for Moda Fabrics, but we think it would look great in any fabric with some fresh floral tones. The beauty of this quick mini quilt is that the blocks are easy to make, and it’s a great scrap buster because you start with four fat-eighths (a 9″ x 21″ piece of fabric)!
